  • This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

  • You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors. You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this Website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose.   • Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy, from paper napkins or tablecloths to decorations, and put them into the shopping cart.
  • After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
  • Items are measured and cut by hand and therefore the item ordered may be slightly under or over the size ordered.
  • Orders are dispatched within one to two days of being received.
  • All items are subject to availability and in the unlikely event that your choice is out of stock, we will email you as soon as possible to let you know.
  • We reserve the right to request an additional postage fee if the need arises and the cost are not fully covered or omitted on this website.


  • We deliver the majority of our orders within 4-5 working days
  • Deliveries are made to Republic of Ireland and United Kingdom (3-5 days), Europe (3-5 days) and Rest of World (7-14 days), Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm, excluding Bank Holidays .
  • Multiple items may be delivered in more than one parcel and at different times.
  • Destinations within Republic of Ireland - Orders will be dispatched by POST or courier.
  • All other destinations will have to be priced separately.
  • If your order is returned to us, another shipping charge will be payable by you for your order to be re-sent.
  • If the items are out of stock we will normally send your order to you in 14-21 business days. International orders are generally received in less than 28 days.
  • Deliveries may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions or other events beyond our control.
  • If you have any concerns regarding the delivery of your order, write to us.


  • You must contact us first by email regarding returns. To arrange for a return of your order and a refund, email us.
  • Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging, and we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
  • Refunds of personalized or custom ordered items may only be given at the discretion of the management.
  • No change of mind refunds are given on sale lines.
  • Items purchased at reduced prices can only be returned if they are faulty.
  • Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited. As our table runners and table protectors are cut to order they are non returnable and this includes incorrectly ordered items. Please make sure you order the correct size. Any claims for non-delivery or faulty items must be made in writing within seven days of receipt.
  • Any returns must also be made in writing within seven days of receipt. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.
  • All postage for returned items is the responsibility of and payable by the customer


  • Payment is by credit card or Paypal when placing the order via our website.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.
